This is an effect which you usually see when the slow-motion is done as an
after-thought. The editing-software has to creat itermediate frames. This
can be done by either duplication or interpolation. Programs like for
instance Realviz's ReTimer analyse all the movement, and do a fair
calculation of the interpolated frames.
