Some time ago I worked a short movie in Italy (edit). We decided to put it
online, so if you are interested in seeing the work of a fellow
r.v.p.group-member, the website is http://web.newsguy.com/mheffels/
It's a 24MB WMV-file, in Italian, but subtitles are there to download.
It was shot on 16mm; tk'ed on a Sony Cinealta to SD 4:4:4, 10-bit DPX-still
sequence; cut on Avid XpressPro; graded on Discreet Combustion 4; rendered
to MPEG2 with CCE-SP; and finally converted to WMV for the web with
Sorensen Media 4 (from the MPEG-2). We chose WMV for the web, because it
gave the best quality, and it is also playable on Mac's.
Let me know what you think of it, whether it's good or bad.
