what he is talking about can be done with any good audio package that can
learn a noise print then scan and remove it from the rest of the wave form.
Adobe audition can do it, and so does a real cheap program called Magix
audio cleaning lab 10, available online for $29 (e-version) their noise
print feature and spectral cleaning works real well for video work. Good
