If you are talking about DVD blanks (the plastic disc) there is absolutely
no difference, just good quality and crappy quality!
PS I wish people wouldn't abbreviate or use diminutives as English as it is
spoken and understood around the World can be quite different - so speak of
a DVD blank or a DVD player. The same thing occurs with Midi files that get
abbreviated to "midi's" this could mean anything in some
countries..including a brand of condoms...
