I transcribe for a living. Clients send me VHS tapes, and I want
to transfer them to DVD so I can view and transcribe them on my
computer with StartStop software (which allows for use of a foot
pedal).
DH recorded a batch of interviews with a Phillips DVD Recorder,
Model #DVDR75. I am unable to pull up a directory for the DVD in
my Dell Desktop. However, I *can* pull up the DVD and play the
video on my Toshiba laptop just fine.
Does anyone know what I need to do to get the DVDs to play on the
Dell desktop computer? Any assistance would be very much
appreciated.
