There may be a format incompatibility...DVD-R vs DVD+R

Looks like the DVD75 records to DVD+R and DVD+RW discs.
Maybe your computer only reads DVD-R and DVD-RW?
If this is the case, you can easily change out the DVD drive in your Dell
desktop. LG makes very good DVD drives which will read/write all formats,
inclucing DVD-RAM. I use the LG 4167 from www.newegg.com .
