I agree Bob - I use the VideoReDo quickfix stream facility as a matter
of course on all captures - it works beautifully and quickly. The
only beef I have is that you cannot fully author a fully compliant DVD
from start to finish with this program - a glaring omission IMHO. I
then use TMPGEnc Author for the rest and DVDShrink if too large for
the DVD.
-End of all sliding out of sync problems! (the original OP's
problem!).
I also advise the OP to go for a Hardware MPEG encoder if he is doing
much of this.... can save a gang of troubles with quality, sync etc.
