It depends on the tv and the player. The best upscalers, even on a budget
do not include any Toshiba models. It cant make a 480i resolution DVD look
like real hidef content. As with anything, the better the source the better
the result. Only you can decide if its worth it to you or not. I dont know
if you're a millionaire or, frugal with your dollars, or have poor vision,
so I or anyone else cannot answer the worthiness of anything for you
personally.
