There's you answer - MemoWrecks. The godawfullest piece of crap made.
My son burned 50 of the fuking things and not a damned one of them
plays 12 months later.

There is only one DVD disc that is worth buying - Taiyo Yuden. Now
that they sell for about the same as crap sells for, there is no
excuse for not using them (100 for anywhere from $32 to $40).

I am using FujiFilm rebranded 8x YUDEN000 T02s ($35/100) burned at 8x
Z-CLV and so far I have had pretty good luck with them. If you get 16x
TYs burn them at 12x CAV.

The problem with peoples' opinions is that they may have been right
once but in today's cutthroat market all the makers, including such
venerable names as Verbatim, have succumbed to dumping bad lots off on
unsuspecting loyal customers. Out of 92 Verbatim MCC 03RG20s, I had 11
coasters from bad dye splotches. That's unacceptable.
