I know it's a cheapie but even so it should work.
When I try to record from a tape, a black box keeps popping up covering the picture. At first I
thought it was copy protection. ( The first tape I tried was The Invisible Ray starring Karlof and
Lugosi). But it does it no matter what tape I'm recording or even just watching. Even the ones taped
off the TV.
Is this a known issue with this machine? Is there a setting I might have got wrong in setup?
