This is a ridiculous question. Pro video directors rent the camera for
day(s) of the shoot, they don't buy one. And you can make fantastic
videos without even a camera. It's never so much about the tools, as it
is having the creative idea; most bad music videos are not bad because
of technical limitations, but because they suck at storytelling.
