A (straight) guy I work with went to see it with a girl he flats with,
he enjoyed it.
We ripped the shit out of him (figuratively speaking) what a homo!
Only kidding :o) we teased him a bit though.
At this stage I will probably give this movie a swerve. I haven't
seen a trailer or much in the way of advertising other than news
articles etc but merely the much over-used phrase "gay cowboy film"
puts me off. It's a shame if the film is much more than that but
this aspect is all I am getting from the media; it is just not
something that interests me as a film theme. Not that I relate to a 40
foot Gorilla either but you know what I mean. Add to this the price of
seeing films these days means that my cinema choice is very selective
when I do go and never go just for the sake of going. I go so
infrequently and not at all since I got my 43" plasma. I suppose
what I am saying is that if my girlfriend got it out at the busters,
yeah I would watch it with her but I am not going out of my way to sit
through a couple of hours worth of cowboys falling in love. Why did
they have to be cowboys? Why not lawyers or car sales men.
