Since there is so much disc space (relatively), I suspect we will see a
lot more double-dipping than now (since adding a few features generally
won't involve a second disc), and that might keep "movie-only" edition
prices lower.
We also might see something like "Superbit" if the studios really get
nasty and start out with something like 1440x1080/60i (non-square pixels)
for the first release, and then 1920x1080/60p for the "ultimate" edition.
