For the US, the best one I've found is the Mazlow Media listserv. I get a
dozen or so job ads every day, most of them technical, not creative. Check
it out at www.tvgigsonline.com.
There are 2 things to know : 1) There is a fee - - $35/year. and 2)
Most of the jobs are located in NY (45%), LA (45%), or DC (5%). The other
5% of the jobs cover the whole rest of the US.
