I find it interesting that I will return 2 or 3 movies at a time and get
the email that they were received several days apart. The return center
is a few miles up the street, overnight delivery. I put 2 movies in the
Post Office dropbox Sunday night. Tuesday, I get the email saying one
of them is returned and then other one isn't acknowledged until Thursday.
While we don't overstress their delivery, I've certainly noticed a reduced
turnaround rate over the last few months.
