While it doesn't have the recharging via usb port feature, a Rio Sports
Forge has the rest of the features - plus one you don't mention - an SD
slot so that you can add at least a 1 gig SD card. I like my 256mb
one, and I'm keeping an eye out for a low cost 512mb version...
