You have a computer with Firewire out, right? You might consider a Canopus
ADVC-300 Bi-Directional media Converter. It can take a Firewire output from
your computer and convert that to a component output to your BetaSP deck.
About $449.00 at B&H. Alternatively, you could use the ADVC-110 @ $225 if
YC (SVHS) output is good enough for your purpose.
