Nope, it sure don't.
It just takes a tensionometer, a transport mechanism adapter plate,
access to the tension specs (unless you got them etched into your
mind) ......... AND as David pointed out ............ the part(s) that
ain't made anymore.
A rocket scientist.... Nah!
A bench tech and a check book, ............. you bet'cha.
