Im my email to dvd.co.uk (it would seem the fault lies with them, according
to SS anyway) I mentioned the email above from Grant and said 'contact him
if need be' sort of thing.

Going between SS and DVD, reminds me of asking my parents for something when
I was small. 'Ask your mum' 'Ask your dad' 'Ask your mum' etc. Looks like
the SS/DVD partnership won't last as long though, heh.
