LOL. I'm bouncing between "meh, didn't work out, I've lost nowt" and
"bugger em, I wants me 2 quid dammit".
If they bugger up a promo though it does make me wonder how they'd react if
they buggered up when you're actually paying them (both companies). A
(potential) customer should have to start emailing all and sundry to get
things sorted.
