I had a problem with a missing package from an online retailer. After some
argument about liability I checked my legal rights. As you are a consumer
dealing with a business, they are legally liable for the goods until you
receive them. If you don't receive them, that's their loss not yours and
legally they cannot force you to pay for them. Your contract is with
Screenselect, not the PO.
