You should be running "Disk Quality" - the tab to the left of the one
you show in that screenshot.

Also you need to select 4x test speed in the dropdown on the center
right - the one that shows maximum.

Put up a screenshot of "Disk Quality".

Make sure you go thru the Preferences and have everything set up
properly.

I cannot interpret Plextor scans.
