I sent Amazon an email on their system telling them about the faulty DVD.
Now on "My Account" page it lists the same DVD but with an order date of May
15, 2006.
The date of my original order was April 22, 2006.
However, they have a price on my account page of $34.95.
Does this mean Amazon is sending my a new DVD, and more importantly, are
they going to charge me for it - I bloody well hope not !
If they are replacing the DVD,shouldn't it say " Price void " or something ?
I have not recieved an email from Amazon.
