When Amazon replace a disk (or in one case for a disk on the packing slip
but not in the box) they raise a new order (with an order number starting
#001). However, in my case all such orders have been priced at "$0.00", so
it looks like yours has gone wrong. Send them another e-mail pointing out
the problem, and they should sort it out.
