No, really. Quite apart from the question of whether the
NRA knows more about British history and the life of Arthur
Conan Doyle than do the biographers of ACD, there is nothing
either in the paragraph you quote here, nor in the complete
article, to suggest that ACD and Kipling worked together on
anything. (They did, however, play golf together once.)
