You can't, same way you can't make your dick into 8 inches, you can't get
what's not there. Back then they probably called anything that had more
than 720x576, hi-def ready, but now you need to be looking for the logo,
which confirms hi-def ready to the minimum standard, but since you bought
your set before the logo was introduced, you can't really go back to the
shop and complain.
