Perhaps this is already being discussed in this group but I am wandering
whether you can help me here.
I need to convert the bit rate of some spoken/music files now 192 bit rate
on 120 bitrate. This is to allow more space on cd.
Is there a very simple way to do it? I use a pc. The files are on cds. Tried
Audacity but it is too complicated for me.
