Well I don't know about dreams but actually, for many (as is well
documented here) the Apple/Mac experience is a good one, often superior
to the PC experience. Not necessarily for everyone. The only
overstatement I can think of is giving one the false impression that
Apple gear never has any problems which is an impossibility.

I do believe that since their control of the hardware and software is a
reason they lead the industry in lowest rates of repairs and customer
satisfaction plus have much lower long-term cost and IT-related issues.
I don't think your experience was inherent in anything. I think you
got a lemon.

It is very common for IT people at agencies we've dealt with to shoot
down an endusers' request for a Macintosh solution. They aren't
familiar with it and they don't want to support it. What you are
talking about here is that you and your team would have had an easier
time fixing a problem with PCs because you're more familiar with them.
No argument there. Where solutions are comparable I agree with others
who say if you are used to Mac, use Mac and if you're used to PC, use
PC. The unfamiliar is often uncomfortable unless you're looking
forward to it and then if you're disappointed, well...you know the
rest.

Honestly, I think you'll find there have been dramatically more
incidents of issues with Pinnacle over the years than Apple, just to
name one. I agree that any solution should be researched. But you are
not speaking out against Liquid broadly because your Liquid experience
has been fine. Hopefully anyone will look at a broad scope of
feedback before making a decision.
