The paid version of RealNetwork's RealProducer package, known as
RealProducer Plus, includes a program called RealMedia Editor that has
an "Append RealMedia File..." function which can "join together"
(concatenate) multiple RealMedia files.
I don't know whether or not the free RealProducer download includes
this functionality.
