Mine was checked ok. I played with the Metadata Reading
settings just above and checked the "Read Metadata only
when files are played"
Now when I load the CD, it lists exactly what I want (Name
and Artist). Now when I play the tune, it must read the
"Metadata" and the playlist reverts back to album name.
I clicked on "View file info" Alt+3 and found MPEG file info
box + ID3 tag editor. These tags are filled in with the info the
Metadata is reading and displaying. They all seem to be filled
out incorrectly.
Found by deleting this tag info, it then only reads the info from
the mp3 file name (Name and Artist) but its going to be pile of
work to edit all these tags on each file.
Is there a way to stop it from reading the Metadata which must be
that MPEG file info box. That would seem to solve my problem.
