"Maxed out" ? Please, we're in a global capitalist economy. If their 
production facilities can't cope there are alternativs in Asia and 
probably Eastern Europe too. We're not talking rocket science here.

public ? 
How do they know what Taiwanese or Argentinian or Libanese yuppies want
