If your DVB receiver has servo connections, then you just hook them
up to your servo and that's mostly that. (You also need to set the
angle in your setup menus.)
As far as controlling the position of the dish, you need something
like the Vbox (or Vbox II). Here's a random Google result:

If your DVB receiver doesn't have servo connections, then there was
an adapter box out there that sensed the 13V/18V on the coax and
converted this to servo output. I don't remember what it was called,
but I do know it exists (or existed). It'll probably be easier just
to get a DVB receiver with servo connections.
I believe the Pansat 2700 does have servo connections, so you're all
set in that regard.
If you want to hook 2 (or more) different receivers up to a dish,
then one way to do it is to use a switch or relay to change which
receiver controls the servo, while letting just one receiver handle
the dish position. You need a switch or relay that handles 2 poles
(the +5V and the Servo lines), though you can probably get away with
just one if you use some diodes on the +5V lines. As far as the
grounds, just hook them all up together. A relay is handier than
a switch if you have just two receivers and one of them has a switched
output that is on when the receiver is on. If you're clever, you can
probably use the +5V line itself to switch the relay. Just watch that
you don't overload that line.
