What was the value of the parcel ?
37 not including shipping from the US which shouldn't count
Can you ask for justification of their clearance fee ?
Standard fee regardless of how much the VAT is.according to the label and
the snotty cow at the depot.
Done deal now - I had to pay before I could collect and there's no way that
I'm getting any money back from them. Argh. I just hate those thieving
bastards.
