Yes but I had problems with that particular player - had to go back. I'd
highly recommend the Sony DVP-NS76H but others may have other ideas.
Apparently even the cheapo Aldi player gives very good results. Upscaling
is where the processor in either the DVD player or your TV converts the 520
line DVD picture into an HD version of the same. You don't get any extra
resolution but most agree that DVDs look a lot better on HD displays,
upscaled.
