playusa.com appear to be mucking me about.
They say that my Lost Season 2 boxset was "posted" on 30th Aug - but it
still hasn't arrived.
I patiently waited for their 14 days to be up, (as per their guidelines),
send them a message today (the 14th day), to which I get nothing but an
automated response saying "here's a support ticket number for you." I
think, fine, wait a few hours and they'll get back to me. But they
haven't. The sheer lack of response is pissing me off now. I wanted to
phone them but there's no number on their site. I just want to know where
my parcel is.
I know it's not their fault if the postal service are crap, but I would have
thought they'd give a response within minutes to advise me, I'm sure this is
a common enquiry for them.
Anyone got any experience with playusa.com in this regard?
