I have an existing (and in use) DirecTV system. I'm interested in
setting up an FTA system but I'd like to make sure the receiver is
working properly first. Is it possible to connect the receiver up to my
DirecTV system as if it were another DirecTV receiver? My DirecTV
system has the standard dish mounted 4-port switch connected to an
8-port in my basement.
