Your repeatedly saying this doesn't make it true....
I recently bought a Sony DVP-NS76H - recommended by Mr Tomassi - to go with
my new Sony
Bravia KDL40S2010 LCD tv, and whether it is digital connection vs.analogue,
or the fact that there's a bay tree outside my window, there's absolutely no
doubt that the picture appears substantially better using the player's
built-in upscaling than that in the TV. It may be an illusion, but if it is,
it's an illusion that everyone who has seen it has been fooled by.
I think the player was 90, multi-region, from Hi-Fi Confidential nr
Victoria Station, and I recommend it as strongly as Rolo did.
