I tried to scan in AMC3 satellite, and whenever the blind scan OR the
transponder scan gets to a PBS channel, the scan locks up, and the
only way out is to power down. This works on T21, T24, etc. I also
have been unable to get Montana or Louisiana PBS or any of the other
FTA DVB just on this satellite.

Anyone know if this receiver can be flashed to allow it to receive
PBS?

I have a few Pansats, but don't want to go through the whole
programming process again if I can flash this one.

Also have been unable to get White Springs TV on IA7, TP14.
Is anyone else receiving this on their FTA receiver? I receive all
the channels on Galaxy 10 R and most other satellites, so am pretty
sure the arc is tracking OK. Any help appreciated.

I am suspecting the non-standard audio and HDTV on the PBS channels on
AMC3 might be confusing this old receiver.

How would I go about finding out if there is a software flash for this
receiver, I bought it from Adventist Satellite .
