I was able to finally find White Springs TV on IA7 by tuning in on
the STAR BAND transponder, which I didn't know I could tune in
on this old receiver. Once I located IA7 (WOW, what a signal
STAR BAND HAS), did a blind scan and it found White Springs.
I found some update software for the old Satwork receiver, but
the last update was 2004, so will probably have to do the long
process of swapping over to the new Pansat receiver.
