I had the same problem with my 3688 for the PBS feed. I don't know
whether it's the AC3 audio that does it, or some strange format that the
3688 doesn't like, or what.

I am able to get Montana PBS, but the Louisiana PBS is in Digicipher 2
format and is not receivable by the 3688.
