> hi,thanks very much for helping me. i will try.i just learn to open a downloaded in complete video file not very bad, it has 98 percent,i was able to rename,because the end was rvmb, (rename.rvmb) than , i am able to see the realplayer icon. but, for other files that ends differntly is not going to reconise, and end up will not be open,is there a way to open different ending files. liz
