You do not have installed the right players for the filetypes your are
d/l.ing
WinMX does not change the filetype
the format of incomplete files on the winmx network is always
__INCOMPLETE___filename{40hex characters hashcode and percentage
complete}.ext
if the file will not at least attempt to open in the correct player just by
clicking it, then google search for the right player for that filetype
..avi and .mpg default to open in Media player (but will also open in many
other better less intrusive players
..mov in Quicktime
..ram .rm .rmvb in Real player
..divx in divx player
..vob in anything, its a DVD file

the realplayer icon. but, for other files that ends differntly is not going
