winmx 3.54 beta. DSL line.
It's weird. I'm not behind a firewall or anything, but nobody seems to be
able to get files from me. Nothing but timeouts.
Not doing it on purpose to leech!!!
No bandwidth throttle. No proxy server. Secondary connection. Pending upload
timeouts set for 45 sec. Clear complete/incomplete uploads set for 300
seconds. Queuing set at 2 uploads per user, max 4 uploads. Plenty of files
in library.
Any suggestions or useless mockery from you-know-who?
