Record 1-minute segments of the same TV show at different resolutions
and then use GSpot to tell you the encoding method (eg, MPEG-1,
MPEG-2), the frame size (eg, 720x480) and the bitrate (eg, 1,000
Kbits/sec). Some of the newest units are producing good quality video
even at the lowest resolution.
