Ever since they moved to their new website, they haven't done a very
efficient job of mailing out my movies.
I watch too many movies, it's true.
And perhaps they "trend" me, which I am cool with.
But, lately, it's been crazy. Blockbuster never shows my shipped queue with
more than one movie out, and often times none at all.
I did send my complaint, and they promptly apologized and sent me coupons
for additional free movies, but still, can't they get their act together?
I can't believe this ins only happening to me.....
