Actually it was the context of the words I didn't understand. If one
doesn't understand an individual word it can be looked up in a dictionary.
I've only rented from local BB stores and there is no such concept as
'exchange' unless you rent a defective disk. Since you didn't know either
I went and looked it up; you don't get '3 rentals for $9.99 a month', you
get unlimited rentals and are allowed to have 3 movies at a time.
