I agree that she has a fantastic instrument. Vocally she's in a different
universe than her fellow Mickey Mouse Club alumnus Britney Spears who's
basically a stripper who sings a little.
Like you I'm not big on how CA often uses her voice. Too much melisma. That
Rockefeller Plaza performance seemed to be far more tastefully done than is
typical for her. I've heard that song on the radio and was really impressed
with it, had no idea who it was.
