I have to admit that my experience of them hasn't been quite so good...
Last month I ordered some blank DVDs from them. They arrived swiftly and
were exactly as described. At this point, I was very, very pleased. Later
that day, however, Steve came around my house and shot my dog. That, to me,
is not good customer service...
