Regardless of origin, if you don't have a multi-region capable player,
that is, yours is locked to region 2, then it won't play a region 3 DVD.
Assuming that you have a multi-region player then you should be fine,
assuming of course that you have TV/panel that can handle NTSC-formatted
pictures, because that's the format used in the Far East.
