Order confirmations are sent from info@play.com
Then again, it's possible that they don't list an email address due to the
amount of spam they probably get. At the company I work for we encourage
customers to use the web feedback system for support with orders as we can
ensure it bypasses the spam filtering systems, and keep notes against
entries in the database making it much easier to keep track of
correspondence for each customer. Agressive spam filtering may well end up
deleting customer emails before they even get to a reader - while we
regularly dig through the filtered mail for any real messages it's getting
more and more time consuming, and it's very easy to miss a real email in all
the junk that comes through.
